Hi, I'm Lennie!

I'm a teacher, business coach and flower farmer who teaches hundreds of flower farmers to start and grow beautiful, profitable flower farms every single week of the year. I wrote the book on the business side of flower farming. I'm the real deal.

I'm an east coast transplant who's settled out west - so I'm half sarcastic Bostonian, half Oregon hippie. It's confusing 😂. I live on my tiny flower farm outside of Portland, OR with Steve the pug and my fiance Matt (and after growing and designing for hundreds of weddings over the years, I'm about to become my own version of a Bridezilla).

But perhaps more relevant to you - I've been teaching all sorts of farmers since 2011, and meanwhile grew my own farm by hustling one $6 bunch of zinnias at a time, to eventually selling $250k annually on just half an acre. I got started in flower farming for a love of nature and working for myself and didn't think I had a business bone in my body. I was SHOCKED to become an accomplished entrepreneur and now spend my days getting farmers excited about business so that they can keep farming for the long run, building lives they've only dreamed of for their families.

Why i created this course:

I wanted to create a course where I taught my methods —the same ones that gave me my life (and sleep, and family, and happy fiance) back, and put money in the bank in a meaningful way.

I wanted to help fellow flower farmers succeed with their farms, make more money, feel more in control of their sales and enjoy their farms rather than burn out from them. And I wanted to help them achieve that in a faster and more reliable way without the overwhelm and frustrations that so often come with being a first-time business owner. Over the past 6 or so years I've now taught my strategy to hundreds of flower farmers, refining it every year based on what works and what doesn't. I fully believe this work is my calling - more so than even running my own farm. Seeing my students thrive is the most gratifying result I could imagine.

I also firmly believe that making money as a small farmer shouldn't be a hope or dream; it should be an expectation. And more than that, the world needs more flowers and more flower farmers, and I want you to be one of them.
